And hopefully another year wiser. Yesterday was my 27th birthday. I'm officially inching my way out of my twenties...which is utterly bizarre. I have been unbelievably blessed this past year with a healthy daughter & a wonderful partner. At the end of the day I always come back to a feeling of complete & overwhelming gratitude for this little life of ours.
We had a very simple celebration. JC came home from work early with a pizza, pop, & redbox movies. We ate as a family, watched Hulu, and snuggled all together in bed. It was a fabulous way to spend a cold, rainy birthday.
Here's hoping that this year continues to celebrate the simple joy of our wee life.
